Yellovator!
Last night we packed into a laneway down a laneway to launch Yellow Pages latest project - Yellovator. At this point I should probably apologise for spammin’ up your twitter feed all evening with #Yellovator posts. Hustle, hustle, hustle. Trend, trend, trend.
So what is all the commotion about this Yellovator? Well, at it’s heart, it’s a simple but addictive arcade game designed to demonstrate that Yellow Pages is now on more devices than ever before. The innovative part is that you use your smartphone to control the game in your browser, in a web banner or at an outdoor site.
Watch the video above to get a better explanation of the game and launch. Then head to Yellovator.com to play the game in browser. Or if you’re a NineMSN, Yahoo! or BigPond reader, you can help Smasher Dan via a web banner. Aaaaannndd, and, if you happen to pass through Flinders Street, Southern Cross or South Yarra stations, keep an eye out for the two player interactive AdShels. Sydneysiders, fret not. You can do the same at Martin Place or Alfred Street stations.
Brought to you by Ben Keenan and the very talented Clemenger Proximity team.
Enjoi!
